INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (IOHR)
IOHR is an international nongovernmental organization, the general public interest, non-profit, apolitical, which promotes and defends the rights and fundamental freedoms under the Universal Declaration, fighting for the improvement of family life, providing health protection, job, shelter and a clean environment according to international standards and fulfillment of the aspirations of human beings and we rely on the following provisions:
-European Court of Human Rights established by part. ECHR in 1850;
-Council of Europe, based in Strasbourg founded on 4 May 1949
-European Convention for. Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms
-International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of 19 dec.1966;
-Protocol of January. 1967 in New York regarding asylum applications;
-Final Act of the Conference for. EU Security and Cooperation in Helsinki in 1975;
1996 revised European Social Charter came into force in 1999;
-Court Civil / Civil Service (Civil Service Tribunal) established in 2004;
-Amsterdam Treaty on equal treatment between men. and women;
-The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT);
