H. E. Mario de Meroe. lawyer in São Paulo, Professor Member of the Brazilian Academy of Social and Political Sciences, and Honorary Doctor in Social Sciences. It has legal / dynastic published works, especially books Nobiliárias International Traditions and its integration to the Brazilian Civil Law, Law Studies Nobility, and the perpetuation of qualities in Sovereign Dynasties former Reigning. In the historical-ecclesiastical field he presented the study "The Byzantine Theocracy in Italy: Studies on the Sovereignty attributes of the Royal House of Margiana and Arachosia, theocratic dynasty history right in exile", aired in Italy. No campo histórico-eclesiástico apresentou o estudo “A Teocracia Bizantina na Itália: Estudos sobre os atributos de Soberania da Real Casa de Margiana e Arachosia, dinastia teocrática de direito histórico, em exílio”, veiculado na Itália.
